I would like to commend the team in the kids’ room, who were exceptionally kind and friendly. I’d also like to mention Henry from the dining room—he was born to entertain and make the time pleasant. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff tidied every day and made funny shapes out of the towels, and the food in the dining room is excellent!

It seems the dining room is a bit small, and at times we had to stand in line. One day we were sent to the restaurant downstairs, where the plates were so small that you couldn’t even put lettuce and vegetables on them without everything falling off. There were no plastic plates for children. The man who appeared to be in charge there kindly offered to make us coffee—which we appreciated, as we were in a hurry that day—but we waited and waited, and he never came.I suggest adding labels at the sushi station indicating the fillings—at least shrimp/tuna/salmon/vegetarian—since we don’t eat seafood.An unpleasant experience occurred at check-in: our reservation was for five people, but they claimed we had booked for four. We stood there for almost 45 minutes until they sorted it out and discovered we were right—the booking was indeed for five. We then arrived at our rooms (two connecting rooms), which were prepared for only four people, and we ended up waiting a long time—while the children were very tired—until an extra bed was brought.In addition, the A/C in the children’s room could not be turned off; the kids were freezing and caught a cold, and although we asked for it to be fixed, no one came. Also, every time we arrived at the dining room (morning and evening), we were delayed again because they said they couldn’t see that we had purchased breakfast and dinner for our stay.For a hotel aimed at children, we expected more attractions beyond the Cartoonz mascots—perhaps a slide in the pool, an evening kids’ club with dancing for children and parents, shows, movies—things we’ve received at hotels that aren’t even specifically designed for families with children.

The location was just perfect. The design and the facilities were great.

The breakfast was good but we needed to wait for some time to get a table. Unfortunately the restaurant is smaller than it should be.

A nightmare from beginning to end

It was a nightmare from beginning to end ! Not clean , noisy and we got food poisoning , we had to bring the doctor in Terrible terrible terrible

Everything was amazing. Polite staff, very good breakfast. It's 50 meters from WB World, so every day WB characters greet as at breakfast and we're there in the evening.

Service and friendly staff, the check in process went smoothly with a staff member named Khalil was very helpful

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great for children, the place was welcoming and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

This Hotel was everything and more for my kids especially the 5 year old. she loved the cartoon characters especially all the hugs she receievd from Tom and Jerry every day. She also loved the activities in the kids clubs especially the singing and dancing with Tom and Jerry. The kids swimming pool was also another higlight especially the kids sunbeds, it was actually the first time we went to a hotel with kids sun beds, the kids movie night was perfect. The location of the Hotel was perfect to all the relevant theme parks we visited which also had free bus shuttle to all of them. we stayed for 3 nights hence our stay included tickets to 3 theme parks of our choice which was amazing and cost effective. My family had a good time and would definitely go back.

The sizes of the beds were quite small especially for me and my 5 year old who shared one bed. She actaully fell off one night, i would recommed a full double bed for those sharing.

The staff on the reception was very friendly and keen to help us . Specially IRIS who was very punctual and ready to assess us .

Beds was not comfortable Breakfast was limited and live kitchen was below the expectation.

The stay was memorable thanks to the immersive Warner Bros.–themed design, excellent location on Yas Island near Yas Mall, complimentary theme park access, easy transportation via the free Yas shuttle bus, and fun character interactions with Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck. The facilities, comfort, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. Breakfast was good and offered a high standard with decent variety.

As a minor suggestion, offering more TV channels featuring Warner Bros. content could further enhance the in-room experience. Improved fly control during breakfast, especially in the Director’s Club, would also be appreciated.

I’d give it a 100 out of 5 if I could. Our annual December destination never disappoints. Staff were great and quick as usual ❤️

Some wear and tear is starting to show, proper maintenance can fix that.
